Swag Bingo is new on the scene, but is partnered with the long-standing Cozy Games, making it more familiar than you’d think. They invite you to ‘swagger like us’ with chances to win big with jackpots and bonuses. This is another top-rated bingo site being reviewed by us here at Bingo Mummy.
About Swag Bingo
Swag Bingo is operated by Cozy Games, which is also behind many other sites, including Newbies Bingo and Bingo Gran. Cozy brings the same gaming quality to Swag Bingo, which has a license from the UK Gambling Commission.
Swag is a very new site, having only just launched in March 2017, but Cozy Games has been in business since 2005. All bingo games, jackpots and promotions are managed by the Live Bingo Network.
On this site, there’s a wide range of bingo games with rolling jackpots, regular and seasonal promotions, and a great welcome bonus to entice you to join. If you’re not sure, you don’t need to commit. Swag Bingo give you a £15 free bonus just for registering, so you don’t need to make a deposit to play.
Games and Mobile
Swag Bingo offers a range of bingo game types:
- 30 ball bingo
- 50 ball bingo
- 75 ball bingo
- 80 ball bingo
- 90 ball bingo
For each of those game types, there are multiple rooms. Here are the titles you have to choose from:
- Big Ben
- Buckingham Palace
- City Hall
- Mega Jackpot
- Victoria 90
- Super Jackpot
- Downtown
- Night Owls
- Free Bingo
Mega Jackpot, Night Owls, Victoria 90 and Big Ben are all 90 ball games and cost 5p to play, except Mega Jackpot, for which tickets are 50p. If you’d rather play the American style bingo with 75 balls, Buckingham Palace is for you. Tickets for this game cost 5p. Downtown and Super Jackpot are 80 ball games. Super Jackpot is the most expensive game on the site at £1 per ticket, but also has a £1,000 prize to be won. Downtown is only 10p, but has a prize pot and Grandeur massive PJP included. You don’t always have to pay to play, though. Free Bingo is a 50 ball game with a cash prize and jackpot.
Non-Bingo Offerings
As well as bingo games, there are slot and casino games on Swag Bingo’s website for you to enjoy. For casino game lovers, there’s Roulette, Blackjack, Aces and Eights, Jacks or Better and more, in a range totalling 14 games. For slots, there’s a much bigger range. There’s all the familiar titles from Cozy Games, including Big Ben, Arabian Nights, Crystal Drop, Honey Bees and Fish Toons. There are also slots from Microgaming, too. There are far too many to list, at more than 50 in total. With that kind of choice, you’ll never get bored.
Sports Betting
If you’re the kind of bingo player who likes to dabble in some sports betting, you’ll have to use another site. Swag Bingo don’t offer an all in one solution including sports betting, but they do offer a great range of bingo and slot games. Even without a sports betting feature, there’s enough to keep you entertained.
The Mobile Experience
According to Swag Bingo’s website, they’re all about choice, versatility and enjoyment. This means they’ve made all their games available to play on mobile phones or tablets. No matter which device you play on, you’ll still have access to the same games and be able to collect the same bonuses. The mobile site is displayed in exactly the same way as the desktop site, only the main menu is reduced to the top right corner rather than being spread across the top of the screen, and the games have been fully optimised for mobile play, whether it’s on an iPhone, Android, Blackberry or tablet.
Apps
While Swag Bingo is available to play on mobile devices, it’s via the site only. Unfortunately, there is currently no Swag Bingo mobile app. This is not too much of a problem since the mobile site is easy to use and provides a way of playing on the go without having to download anything extra and take up your phone’s memory. However, some players may prefer to use an app.
Bonuses and Promotions
The Swag site offers lots of different bonuses and promotions, so there is always a chance to win. Here’s an overview of what they have to offer.

Customer Service
Swag Bingo’s website has a ‘support’ page, which lists the ways you can contact their customer support staff. One of those ways is by filling out an online enquiry form, which will go straight to a representative. They promise that you will receive a response within 1 hour. Another way is by the live chat feature. Members can use the ‘raise a ticket’ feature. Swag Bingo promises to respond to all ticket requests within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, no contact number is listed on the site.
What I Like
Swag Bingo’s welcome bonus is a good one, and it’s great that they give people a chance to try the site out for free with a £15 no-deposit bonus. Many other sites require a deposit to be made first, which puts a lot of people off.
Swag Bingo’s website has a blog called Live Bingo Network. Members who read posts there can keep up to date with news and promotions, but will also find extra random rewards that aren’t available elsewhere. Swag Bingo reward members who interact with them on social media as well as through the site. If you follow them on Facebook or Twitter, you’ll receive 50 free bingo cards, so connect with them on both and you get 100 in total.
Things I Don’t Like So Much
I would prefer if Swag Bingo was available for download as an app, as it would be smoother to play on a mobile that way. Since it’s partnered with Cozy Games, it has a lot of similarities to other Cozy sites in the way of games and promotions, so it’s not really unique. Other than that, there is very little to complain about.
The Verdict
Swag Bingo offers a good range of games ranging from Free Bingo to Mega Jackpot. The best thing about the site is the welcome offer, by which new players can play £15 of bingo for 30 days before even making a deposit. Once that runs out, there are ongoing promotions to keep them playing. Swag Bingo has everything you’d expect from a Cozy Games site, and the standard of quality is high. All in all, this is a good bingo site that players can rely on for gaming entertainment. Also, you might like reading our review on Sky Bingo.
